What it takes to do business with Western Water

Our purchasing program utilizes front-line supervisors, purchasing and risk management staff to research products and services, process purchases, and award contracts to ensure Western’s needs are being met to provide an efficient and effective service to our customers.

The information below will assist prospective vendors and bidders. Our goal is to emphasize the use of technology to allow you to register online and prequalify for notices of bids for specific projects, equipment purchases, or services.

Western Water procures materials and services through a competitive bid process. We look for the best value. If you are a vendor, the manufacturer of your product should be willing to participate in the deal as well. Learn the accounts payable process and become familiar with our contract and purchase order terms.
