BOARD & COMMITTEE MEETINGS


Western Water's Board of Directors meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Western Water Board Room located at 14205 Meridian Parkway in Riverside, California.


All Board meetings are open to the public. Guests may attend in person or participate remotely. Guests joining remotely can find the meeting link within the agenda for each specific meeting. Members of the public can also watch Regular Board Meetings via livestream*.

Make a Public Comment


Members of the public who wish to comment on any item within Western Water's jurisdiction, or any item on the agenda, may make comments in person, virtually via Zoom at the time noted on the agenda, or by submitting comments in writing. Each individual’s comment is limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes; however, the Presiding Officer reserves the right to reduce the amount of time each individual can speak in order to ensure all members of the public have an opportunity to comment.


To submit a written comment:

  • Use the online Public Comment form.
  • Send an email to publiccomment@wmwd.com.
  • Deliver your comment in person or via U.S. Mail addressed to:

Written public comments received by 4:30 p.m. the day before the Board or Committee meeting will become part of the Board meeting record. Comments received after the deadline will be made part of the next regularly scheduled Board or Committee meeting.


Request special accommodation


Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in Western Water Board or Committee meetings, or any person with limited English proficiency (LEP) who requires language assistance to communicate with the Western Water Board of Directors during the meeting, should contact Western Water's Board Secretary at 951.571.7209 or boardsecretary@wmwd.com, no fewer than two (2) business days prior to the meeting to enable Western Water to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility or language assistance for this meeting.
