Western Water Launches My Western Water Portal

Meet Western Water’s new customer tool - My Western Water Portal. This easy-to-use online tool puts your water usage data right at your fingertips, anytime, anywhere. Whether you're on your phone, tablet, or computer, you can track your water use 24/7 and stay in control of your bill and conservation goals.  

My Western Water Portal is part of Western Water’s broader commitment to enhancing customer service and promoting water use efficiency. Through the portal, customers can track their water use in near real-time, view historical consumption patterns, and manage multiple meters within a single account. These features are designed to empower customers to make smarter, more informed choices about their water use. 

Customers can also set custom alerts to monitor usage while out of town or to receive notifications when their water use exceeds a selected threshold. These tools are intended to help users conserve water, detect potential leaks, and prevent costly repairs. 

The portal is made possible by Western Water’s advanced metering infrastructure, a system that uses smart water meters to transmit data through a secure network. This technology eliminates the need for manual meter reading, enhances data accuracy, and allows for quicker identification of water-related issues. 

To set up a portal account, customers will need their account number, service address, and full name listed on their monthly water bill.
