As a property owner or developer, you may request a quote to obtain water services for a parcel, a tract, or a commercial property. Visit our online meter fee quote application to submit and track your request. Once you have submitted your application, Western Water staff will review and process your meter quote request.

An EDU or “equivalent dwelling unit” is a single-family residential household. It is the unit of measure by which the user is charged for sewer services provided by Western Water. Charges are calculated and billed in accordance with Western Water's approved ordinances. Non-residential facility charges are calculated depending on their expected use.
