Western Water is pleased to announce that its 2024 Water Quality Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), is now available to the public. This annual report provides detailed information about the quality and safety of the drinking water provided to customers throughout its service area. 

The report summarizes water quality monitoring results from January 1 to December 31, 2024, and includes important information on: 

• Test results for regulated and unregulated substances
• Compliance with state and federal drinking water standards
• Information on potential contaminants and how they are managed

In 2024, Western Water continued its dedication to delivering safe and reliable drinking water, consistently meeting the rigorous standards of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the California State Water Resources Control Board.
