Getting started

Begin the process by visiting the  PlanetBids Vendor Portal. From there, you can: 

• Register as a bidder online. 
• Search for bid requests. 
• Download bid documents electronically. 
• And much more.

Depending on scope and dollar value, Western Water may issue informal quotes, Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and/or Invitations for Bid (IFBs). Vendors must follow all instructions and submit responses by the stated deadlines. Late responses cannot be accepted. 

The bidder/proposer is responsible for ensuring that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including the addenda, has been downloaded. 

Please note: Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date profile information and may update it at any time.
