The general purpose of this Fund is to provide scholarship assistance to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of California, Riverside, who are interested in water management, water policy, water conservation, and public administration.
The Dean of the School of Public Policy awards the scholarship annually to continuing or transfer students from western Riverside County who have maintained a 3.0 grade point average or higher.
