The Western Municipal Water District Endowed Scholarship at Riverside Community College District's (RCCD) Riverside City College and Norco College encourages and supports students pursuing an education and career in a water-related field or public administration.
Students interested in applying must meet a 3.0-grade point average requirement and demonstrate financial need. The student’s focus of study must be water, and it can include policy, public administration, water management, or conservation.
