Beginning Thursday, Oct. 8 at approximately 6 p.m., Riverside motorists can expect overnight lane closures along both the east and westbound lanes of E. Alessandro Boulevard from Barton to Alexander streets. The lane closures are necessary to accommodate emergency repair work along a water line located in the street. Water customers affected by the water leak will receive direct notice by Western Municipal Water District (Western).
Two-way traffic will be maintained and standard traffic control measures with advanced warning signs will be in place. Motorists are urged to follow all traffic control measures, drive with caution through the work area, and plan extra time for travel to your destinations.
