Sign up for AutoPay through Western Water's online billing system
Western Water customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using AutoPay. AutoPay is a free service that allows your monthly water bill to be automatically paid from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
With AutoPay, you’ll continue to receive a billing statement. The statement will arrive at the normal billing time and show the date and amount deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the due date. Your payment will be itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
To enroll in AutoPay, visit Western Water's online billing system, register or log in to your account, and complete the AutoPay section.
You can access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our pay-by-phone system
You can check your account balance and due date and make a payment by check or credit card.
To access the pay-by-phone system, call 951.571.7104 and select Option 1. You will need your account number to access your account.

Pay in person in the customer lobby
Open Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Drop your payment in our secure drop box
Available 24/7, our secure drop box is where payments may be dropped off. It is located just outside our Administration Building.
Pay your bill in person at one of our remote payment locations
You can pay your bill at a local 7-11 storefront.
