2025 Four-Year Rate Plan (Beginning July 1, 2025)

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the Western Water Board Directors adopted the 2025 Four-Year Rate Plan. 

The special rate notices below outline the 2025 four-year rate plan. To find your notice, locate your water service area in the first column and your sewer service area in the second column. If you are unsure which service area you live in, please refer to your billing statement or contact our Customer Service team at 951.571.7104.

The cost-of-service study, which provides the written basis and calculations for how the proposed rates were determined, is available online or at Western Water’s main office. Printed copies are mailed upon request.
