The Board-adopted 2025 Rate Plan went into effect on July 1, 2025, for all water and/or sewer service charges appearing on billing statements issued on or after that date. These adjustments are necessary to maintain and improve the critical infrastructure that delivers water to your homes and businesses throughout our service area.
