Western Water's comprehensive 2020-2025 Capital Improvement and Facilities Plan (CIFP) sets immediate priorities for two years while forecasting project needs over a five-year span.

Western Water recognizes the ever-changing environment of water reliability. To confront modern challenges and continue delivering safe, reliable, high-quality services, Western Water is committed to cost-effective and innovative solutions to ensure long-term water supply for our region. Studying and understanding drought conditions, advanced preparation for natural disasters, and anticipating fluctuating demands helped to create this well-rounded plan. The capital projects listed within will create, maintain, and improve the systems that serve customers.

Current Projects

The Western Water system encompasses 640 miles of pipeline, with pipes ranging in diameter from 4 to 60 inches, and operates 121 pumps. Our 35 water storage reservoirs can store nearly 80 million gallons of water.
