- Workers will collect data near your water meter and other nearby assets, such as meter boxes, valves, manholes, fire hydrants, backflow devices, and air vents.
- The survey will have minimal impact on residents, with no disruption to water service.
- Residents may notice occasional traffic control measures where workers operate in the public right-of-way.

How can I identify survey contractors?
Contractors will wear safety vests and carry Western Water identification badges.

Western Water has contracted NorthSouth GIS to complete this field survey. These contractors are trained to follow all safety and quality standards established by Western Water.
