Sponsorship Program

Western Water recognizes that sponsorships play an important role in supporting the communities we serve. As part of our mission to deliver value to our communities, Western Water's Sponsorship Program provides local, regional, and statewide partners the opportunity to apply for funds and/or in-kind support.

Balancing our strategic priorities while effectively engaging in partnership opportunities is Western Water's way of building pockets of learning throughout the community.

Requesting sponsorship support

Western Water accepts applications twice each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). The winter application process provides support opportunities for events and programs produced between July 1 and December 31. The summer application process provides support opportunities for events and programs produced between January 1 and June 30.

Applications for events and programs scheduled from July 1 to December 31 are due on the last business day of January before 5:30 p.m. Applications for events and programs scheduled from January 1 to June 30 of the following year are due on the last business day of July before 5:30 p.m. Accepting late or incomplete applications is at the discretion of the program administrator.

Applicants must complete and submit an online sponsorship application. Failure to submit a completed online application may impact the approval of your request.
